TaxSaver (Section 125) Plan

Allow medical and dental premiums to be deducted Pre-Tax

Short Term Disability Insurance

60% of base monthly earnings (not to exceed $1,000)
Elimination period (period of disability before benefits start ): 14 days accident / 14 days sickness

Long Term Disability Insurance

60% of base monthly earnings (not to exceed $6,000 per month)

Paid Vacation Time (PVT)

Start accruing immediately upon employment
Paid time off for vacations, personal use, holidays and the first 24 consecutive hours of personal illness or injury.

TEA recognized Holidays

A total of ten Holidays -- New Year’s, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, TEA Day, Labor Day, two Thanksgiving Days and two Christmas Holidays.
Anyone who has to work on a Holiday for a business reason will be awarded another day to take as a personal Holiday.

We celebrate Friday’s at TEA in style with piping hot fresh biscuits and sausage gravy to kick off the weekend…complimentary each Friday to every employee.

Weekly Chair Massage

To reward our team we provide weekly chair massages by a licensed massage therapist to work out all those kinks in their neck and back throughout the week
